including a personal Web page, donor e-pledge capabilities, and tracking measures.

Top 100 Club and be recognized for your fundraising efforts.
- Read all e-newsletter and e-mail correspondence for important information regarding the ride and for fundraising and training tips along the way. Want to be added to the e-newsletter
distribution list? Send an e-mail to
ailena.parramore@nmssga.org.
- Speak to a cycling professional at one of our Official Bike Stores about training tips and schedules. Our Official Bike Stores will also assist you
in purchasing a new bike, getting the right equipment and getting you fitted on your new or old bike.
- Keep training! Join a team or find a cycling buddy and help develop a riding regimen. Consult a physician regarding any medical questions you may have in
regard to riding and hydration.
- Attend an Official Bike Store training ride to improve group cycling skills and to meet other event participants.
- Get your bike inspected for free at one of the Official Bike Stores beginning August 1, 2009. An official bike inspection sticker entitles you to free
labor while on the route should you need assistance.
- Familiarize yourself with the 2009 Ride Rules and Safety Requirements.
- Pack Smart! While you are riding you will need to carry a copy of your driver's license, emergency contact numbers, your medical insurance card,
your rider number, and any pertinent medical information about yourself or information about any medications you are taking.
- Have fun! Remember, this is not a race. Be safe and be smart.
